Returns and Exchanges Policy

At ROPA MANA, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care to deliver quality products, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. We offer returns and exchanges only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Circumstances for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Faulty or Defective Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Shipping Damage: If the item was damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong product was sent.
  • Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered product is unavailable, we will process a refund.
 

 

Important: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Wrong Size: Products ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Size Chart Guide before making a purchase.
  • Used or Worn Items: Products with significant wear and tear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

While we conduct quality checks, transit issues may occasionally occur. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item:

 

  • Submit your return/exchange request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide the following:
  • Unboxing Video: Showing the product as it was unpacked.
  • Photos: Clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • Original Packaging: Include photos of the packaging for verification.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
 

 

Note: If you fail to provide an unboxing video or sufficient proof of damage, we may not be able to process your claim.

 

Return and Refund Process

 

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@ropamana.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide Evidence: Attach photos and videos as required for verification.
  • Wait for Approval: We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will only be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Final Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without the product being returned to us first.
  • Always double-check product details, including sizing, before placing your order.
